Penny Oleksiak is now Canada's most decorated Olympian

Canadian swimmer Penny Oleksiak made history at the Tokyo Games by becoming our most decorated Olympian. Wes Gilbertson, covering the games for Postmedia, joins Dave to discuss Oleksiak’s jump to prominence at the 2016 Games, what her performance in Tokyo says about the strength of our swimming program, and what the future could hold.
