JJ Kinahan, TD Ameritrade’s chief market strategist, joins Mike to break down what’s impacting the market and discuss how investors can weather these very volatile times.

Mike also offers updates on three ongoing issues in Washington: the Democrats’ struggle to repackage the Build Back Better Act, which could put some of the tax increases discussed last fall back on the table; the stalled vote on President Biden’s Fed nominees; and the extension of the deadline for a government shutdown. He also discusses the momentum that is building in Congress to ban stock trading by elected officials.
