Sexual power. Did you know that accepting and understanding your sexual power can allow you to thrive in more than just your sex life? Both men and women want to feel attractive, we want to feel desired and we all have desires. It reminds us we’re ALIVE! Sexuality is a big piece of our power. We don’t always have to act on our desires, sometimes we can just take that passion and put it to good use within our current relationships. But what happens when your partner has a desire for other people? This might leave you with feelings of insecurity or even fear that they might leave. How we react isn’t about our partner or the other people, it’s about us and our emotional maturity. This is why it’s important for us to take emotional responsibility, to be aware of feelings, and to grow through them. Communicating boundaries with your partner is a great way to start.
