Falcons dress rehearsal vs. .Browns is a good test
The Falcons, who are coming off a 4-12 season, will conclude the exhibition season against the Cleveland Browns, who are contenders in the AFC. The Falcons want to play their starters, but haven't made a final decision. The Browns, who opened against the Chiefs are not expected to play their starters. Because of Cleveland's depth, this still is a good test for the Falcons.
