Sustainability Action Planning for Allied Health Networks: August 2017

For rural health networks and network projects, sustainability can be defined as the ability to achieve desired outcomes and financial viability through implementation and deployment of the network’s business plan. A sustainability plan is the final plan deliverable for the Rural Network Allied Health Training Program. This webinar shares information on the process of developing an action plan to identify and address opportunities for sustainability. The Sustainability Action Plan Toolkit includes a guide and a template to help networks determine these next steps within specific business areas.
