No Oil, Whole Food, and Plant-Based Kohlrabi Poha Recipe
Today we're making an oil-free, plant-based, whole-food version of a traditional Indian breakfast dish called Poha. While typically the ingredients include white rice flakes, potatoes, and lots of oil, we're cleaning it up and bringing in a less processed red Poha and Kohlrabi. Kohlrabi, also called German turnip, is a low, stout cultivar of wild cabbage. This vegetable is packed with fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and protein.
