Stephanie von Meeteren is a yoga therapist and ayurveda specialist. After experiencing her first panic attack on her 40th birthday, she realized it was her first sign post and messenger of perimenopause. 

 

Stephanie felt like she had lost control and was not feeling like herself anymore. After trying a variety of different modalities to help herself through the various discomforts that can arise during this transition, the anxiety, hot flashes, insomnia, and other symptoms continued for years and everything started to feel like a band aid. She wanted to get to the root cause of the issue. Her answers to these questions came when she went deeper into her yoga practice and studies. By learning how to regulate her dysregulated nervous system and thus creating more balance in her hormones, her body and mind have found healing, joy, and a sense of calm, stable spaciousness.
