In Part 1 of this episode, we speak to Madhuri Maram- Designer and Host of the Hireworthy Podcast. She talks about her role as an enabler in design-in-tech recruitment. She brings out the various gaps in the process and tells us how D+P and Xperian were created to support the design community.
