Helping Americans embrace refugees a immigrants again! Ted Terry served as the Mayor of the most ethnically diverse square mile in America: Clarkston, Georgia from January 2014 – March 2020. Ted is the youngest Mayor in Clarkston’s 135-year history. With more than 17 years of experience in public service, Ted is leading Clarkston’s vision to become a more welcoming and compassionate community. Clarkston is home to 50 different nationalities, 60 languages and many refugee resettlement programs. It’s been referred to as the “Ellis Island of the South” for its dense population of refuges a immigrants.
