Gratitude Meditation Mini Series - Gratitude For Your Body

Today begins part ONE of a three part gratitude meditation mini series.  The intention is to help you establish a daily practice of cultivating gratitude so you can amplify all the incredible things happening in your life right now.  Because when our attention focuses on what we’re grateful for - rather than what’s wrong - our energy shifts from fear to love, and attracts even more good into our lives.  If you enjoy this series, I encourage you to continue a daily gratitude practice - whether it’s listening to one of the many other gratitude meditations here on the podcast and/or simply writing down 3 things you’re grateful for every day.  I promise you, starting with gratitude changes everything.

This beautiful, complicated machine that literally carries us around in this life that we can so easily take for granted.

Maybe you’ve had moments of ignoring her or even loathing her.

Perhaps you’ve celebrated her and treasured her.

No matter what your relationship with your body has been or currently is, the intention of today’s meditation is to give you the opportunity to pay homage to her and to soak in gratitude for the incredible and beautiful body you have.
