Alyssa Milano sat down to talk with Ammar Campa-Najjar, a candidate for congress who nearly beat Duncan Hunter in 2018. Since the election, Hunter pleaded guilty to misuse of campaign funds, and it now looks like he'll be trading the halls of Congress for the halls of prison.
