Did you know that in 2018 alone, Volkswagen's carbon footprint was more than annual greenhouse gas emissions of Australia?
No doubt, the automotive sector is the least innocent when it comes to polluting the environment. Other than this, the fashion industry with its fast fashion trends, the cosmetics industry with the impact they have on animal and plant life, the food and beverage industry with the amount of plastic they develop.
These are just a few examples, but it has become increasingly important for brands to focus on its action towards sustainability and reducing carbon footprint in a much more focused way.
