59. Launching our new Enneagram Test!

In this week’s episode, Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes, discuss the launch of their new adaptive Enneagram typing test, Chestnut Paes Sullivan Enneagram Compass. They discuss why Enneagram tests could be a good thing, how they can help people, and also what to keep in mind in terms of the downsides of taking an Enneagram test. After spending years on this assessment with their partner Fergus Sullivan, who has experience in using psychometrics, they understood that the big stumbling block is that test questions tend to focus on blind spots, typically the unconscious side of personalities. Therefore, they felt the test needs to ask specific questions leading not just to the Type, but to the Subtype, to provide more accurate results.

Bea and Uranio created beautiful, customized 20-page reports, diving deep into strengths, challenges, and even growth paths for each Subtype. The report also contains a comparison to your second-highest-ranking type, for the minority of test-takers who feel that the first type doesn’t accurately describe their personality. It’s designed mainly for professionals to use in business, but it can be taken for personal use, as well.
