This week's episode is one I have been really looking forward to... I'm joined by the Burger Sage himself, George Motz. You may have caught one of his shows on the Travel Channel, maybe you came across his book, Burger America, at the book store or maybe you, like me, have drunkenly binged nearly every episode of his YouTube series, Burger Scholar Sessions.
