This is a question we both get a lot. It seems people struggle with knowing how to fuel themselves when there is no workout. The short answer, is fueling remains the same except there is no pre-workout. Eating patterns do not change otherwise. On non-workout days, a body is fully trying to recover. In order to do that, it needs regular intake. This is not a time to skip meals or fall into the “earning food” mentality.
