How the f**k did Matt Choi go from playing college football to running his own sports performance training company? Matt graduated from Monmouth University in 2017 where he played football for four years as well. He left Monmouth with a degree in Business Marketing and shortly after entered the Management Trainee program at Stericycle. In 2019, Choi left Stericycle to found his own athletic performance development company, The Athletes’ Marathon. Since then, he’s trained local athletes in Maryland all the way up to NFL pros. So how did his own athletic journey lead him to personal training? And can we just get an alarm clock with Matt Choi speaking to us because that kind of motivation is unreal.
