Tim Durham lives in a 30,000-square-foot Shangri La on the outskirts of Indianapolis, has a $6 million yacht and parties with Playboy models. He claims to have made his fortune as a king of the leveraged buyout, with his company Obsidian Enterprises buying stakes in struggling manufacturing companies, turning them around, and flipping them for big profits. Problem is, the profits that Durham claims to make as a fix-it-and-flip-it king are bogus and he's burning through investor money.
