I have been thinking a lot about chaos lately. For one, we’re in a chaotic season of life and it seems that every day has its new mess or challenge. I’ve also been thinking about how thankful I am to be able to experience this form of chaos. Recently, I posted on Instagram all about stepping into the season of chaos and finding the peace to be had there.  I specifically mentioned how on any given day, our house may be a mess with the wonderful smell of poopy diapers lingering in the air. We have kids in and out of our house because we have a beautiful extroverted teen who is living her own life.  We have doctor’s appointments and work and school and after school activities and all of that adds up to not always having the kitchen clean and the beds made. But our hearts are so full and our lives are so open.  Our eyes have been opened to the beauty that can be found in chaos and in the strength that God provides when needed.
