Developing a Healthy Relationship with Food - Karen's Story

In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini Podcast, I speak with Inner Circle Member, Karen, about how her husbands near death experienced changed her life forever and, specifically, how it impacted her relationship with food. Karen actually became overly obsessive with only eating healthy foods and lost so much weight her doctor told her she had to gain weight. Then she ended up gaining 50 pounds and becoming pre-diabetic. Since then she's developed an incredibly relationship with food, maintained a very healthy weight, and also began strength training (which has eliminated her chronic back pain).
