Today we chat with Cynthia Orduna, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant at Peoplism. During her time in HR and recruiting, Cynthia witnessed the similarities of the workforce in the tech industry. She wanted to change that and help create a more diverse culture at these companies.
