In this episode we speak with William Dolan, an Emmy-nominated Producer and Director, William has been a part of producing live events for 500 to 250,000 people, directed national and international TV broadcasts for millions, and has acted as creative consultant for hundreds of organizations, from emerging small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He is the President and Creative Director of Spirit Media, a creative marketing agency based in Portland, Oregon. His extensive background in media and entertainment led him to collaborating with or directing many noted celebrities including Gwen Stefani, The Black Eyed Peas, Maroon 5, Kenny Chesney, President Bill Clinton, Alec Baldwin and hundreds more in the fields of business, sports, ministry, entertainment and politics. In 1999, William had a near-death experience that dramatically challenged his view of life, his career path, and the fields of communication and marketing. Years of research and application led him to the discovery of The 7 Disciplines of Relationship Marketing (the 7DRM System). Today, William shares the 7DRM System through online and live workshops, individual coaching and through the marketing services offered through his creative agency, Spirit Media. William has also shared his insights as a keynote or workshop leader for the National Association of Broadcasters, The National Christian Leadership Alliance, the American Marketing Association and various universities and business groups around the United States. William has been married to his high-school sweetheart, Camilla, for over 30 years. They have five incredible adult children and two grandchildren. Their family also includes several grand pets including his writing companion, Marcella, his attention-starved tabby cat.
