Consistency is Key

I always preach that consistency is key. But at some point, we often find ourselves loosening the reins in areas of our life that once we had so much discipline in. In this episode I talk about how many of us can start working towards a goal with such drive and discipline but as the accomplished goal gets closer, rather than pushing as hard as we can through the finish line, we back off and stop putting forth the same effort we started with. If consistency is key, I need to check in with myself and figure out when something is simply routine and when I should actually be pushing myself and working harder.
