Kate is a professional volleyball and beach volleyball player and has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. She also holds a master’s degree in special education. Kate works with a range of individuals from youth to the elderly. She also has significant experience working with athletes in the sports of volleyball, basketball, soccer and tennis.
