Donna Halper and The Trees

My great friend Donna Halper returns to the show to talk about the 1/6 committee, talk radio, and the latest news from the Justice Department. Plus we analyze Neil Peart's lyrics to a classic song by Rush called "The Trees," and how, even though it's a great Rush song, the lyrics warn that equality has unintended consequences. Donna is a professor of media analysis, a prolific writer, and a former broadcaster who introduced American radio audiences to Rush (the band). You can find her work at donnahalper.com and on Twitter. Meantime, if you like what you hear, please help support this show by subscribing to our bonus content at patreon.com/bobcescashow.
