Sixty thousand claims are under mandatory review due to a court order and the passing of the Blue Water Navy bill by congress. Rashmi talks with Bill Hodges about the way that review will be handled and how those who have not filed, or even the spouse/family, can file claims for Agent Orange exposure on naval ships.
