Based in Bias: Introductions
Bias is a powerful thing. We often attribute our decisions and actions to logic when in fact they are the result of our subconscious bias in action. If we can acknowledge this phenomenon, we might have a fighting chance of overcoming it. That's why I, Tyler Jones, created Based in Bias Podcast: to reveal the biases that exist in the news media stories that we consume every day, learn and extrapolate how it exists in our every day lives, and to host conversations with friends, experts, and professionals about the biases they observe in their specialties or fields.
