Now, going back. Don’t beat yourself up too much about not having enough leads. These things take some time. I get people asking me why they haven’t seen much progress with their channels and what I usually say is that it’s best to wait at least after a few months and around 15-20 videos. 

If at that point, your channel is still stagnant, even with all the tags and SEO, then at least you have enough data to analyze and see what you’re doing wrong.

It really takes time. Even for me!
