India's daily vaccinations are dipping again, but the most worrying trend right now is the rise in the 'R factor' or reproduction rate of the virus. This comes on a day when Prime Minister Narendra Modi cautioned states that it's absolutely necessary to stop the third wave and testing, tracking, treating and vaccinations are the top priority.
