Greetings to the living. Thanks for tuning in to the Up Is Down Podcast. In this long overdue episode I'm basically checking in and giving a little feedback and perspective of what's been going on since we last spoke.

Pay close attention to what's happening abroad as it's just a matter of time before we will have to make some big decisions. For most it's already too late, but never too late for some.
