That insight comes from David Applebaum, the studio’s founder, and principal. David Applebaum takes direct charge of each project, bringing his experience and vision to the entire design and building process. One of Southern California’s most highly respected architects; he has proven himself equally adept with both historical and modern designs. Cuba Gooding Jr., Diane Keaton, Frank Sinatra, Rupert Murdoch, Brad Grey, Bob Hope, Manfred Simchowitz, and Jeff Ayeroff are just some of the celebrity clients who have chosen David Applebaum Architect to design their homes. David Applebaum graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in 1980. David Applebaum has been licensed to practice Architecture in the State of California since 1990.
