5. Homicide Case of Randall Church (February 10, 1985)
Bozeman, the quiet little town in southern Montana, would have been touted as one of the places in the US with zero unsolved crimes. But unfortunately, it didn’t come to be with the untimely death of its young citizen - Randall Church. 

4. Killing of Darlene Wilcock (April 17, 2003)
The gateway into the mesmerizing Glacier National Park: Kalispell. This city in northwest Montana has an average of .4 homicides per year. There's virtually zero homicide incidents taking place in this town. But at one point of its history, the city was shaken down to its core with news of a brutal murder.

2. Murder of Almeda Old Crane (September 29, 1981)
On the evening of September 29, 1981, a woman called the attention of a parking attendant about a body found abandoned in the area. In turn, the Billings Police Department was called. Detectives found the victim later identified to be Almeda Old Crane naked and shot to death in stall No. 164. 

1. Vanishing of Father John Kerrigan (July 20, 1984)
On August 1982, a man called the rectory of St. Francis in Santa Fe, New Mexico, asking for a priest to offer last rites to his dying grandfather. The duty was received by Father Reynaldo Rivera who agreed to meet the man half way to their destination. Three days later, the clergy was found dead. He had been shot to death.
