Selam Debs is an anti-racist educator as well as the founder of Juici Yoga, a yoga and meditation instructor, a restorative yoga teacher trainer, a holistic life coach,  + a reiki master. Today Selam talks with us about the importance of building an anti-racist lens. As a mother, we also discuss raising a black son in today’s world, as well as white friendship and black joy. Selam shares how we are all part of this work, and the importance of changing the lens in which we see the world, an anti-racist lens.
