What I love to do:

Simply, I love to be myself, spend time in beauty and nature, show up, listen, learn, and help the whole… often by helping the parts in any way I am uniquely qualified and inspired to do so.

I love connecting great ideas with great people to effect great outcomes for all.

Through openly sharing my own life and professional experiences and realizations, I encourage individuals and communities to share their unique gifts with those they serve in a way that brings them joy, ease, and fulfillment.

In other words, I provide a “permission field” for folks to simply be human, and to realize that, in itself, is where the magic resides. 

I love sharing and championing the clarity and courage it takes to live life from one’s heart. 

I love learning and co-creating empowered solutions in collaboration with like-hearted, like-minded colleagues, committed to “benefit for all” outcomes.

My background:

Some roles I’ve enjoyed: Life- long learner, sibling, daughter, mother, friend, colleague, dental hygienist, retired private practice dentist, business owner, teacher, facilitator, historic mountain retreat steward and visionary, yoga teacher, life coach, women’s 

leadership trainer, dialogue partner for health care teams, retreat center concierge and events coordinator, project coordinator and house sitter for luxury properties, garden tender, artisan jewelry sales representative, patient advocate, cultural change agent and 

collaborator, well-being practitioner.

My Influences and teachers:

The natural world, my mother, my son, children, my teacher Ziji Rinpoche and the Dzogchen lineage teachings, indigenous wisdom teachings, my learning community, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. William Li, the ever-changing nature of my body 

and life’s unpredictable circumstances.

I am endlessly grateful for the wisdom and insights each has provided in showing me where I can shine more brightly so that others may do the same.
