But after having four children, he realized that his standard job as a 6th-grade teacher just wasn’t going to cut it.

It was through clever real estate investing that he was able to retire from the 9-to-5 at age 35. 

He now spends his days with his wife and four daughters, free from the chains of a traditional job.
