They start off with some details about Elizebeth Short’s life as an aspiring actress and then get into the specifics of the grisly murder. They also breakdown the slapdash investigation that followed which yielded hundreds of suspects but made no substantial progress for years. Then they run through the list of most prominent suspects and a few recent updates that might be finally uncovering the truth behind the murder. To round out the show, they play a game called ‘A Cut Above The Rest!,’ where they test their knowledge of anatomy and the human body.
