Meditation for Relaxation, Focus and Composure / sitting up right

In this 12 minute guided meditation, you'll use the awareness and focus of your breath to help increase feelings of relaxation and clarity in the mind. No matter how you show up, you will come out of this meditation feeling calm, cool and poised to take on the day.   


???? This is a sitting up right meditation, if you are not able to sit up, or feel a bit tired today, you are invited to lay down.   ???? Make yourself as comfortable as possible for practice.  ???? Long lasting change: While meditating, you form neural connections associated with the positive feelings. Then, as you continue to practice meditating and repeatedly engaging with these positive emotions, you reinforce the pathways and make it easier to return to a relaxed and confident state even when you are not meditating.   ????
