Doing What You Love In The New Year - PTP459

In this episode of The Plant Trainers Podcast, we talk about doing the things you love the new year. If anything is clear today, it is that there is simply no more time for the things that don’t fill your cup. Understanding your basic needs and real values is a must in life. Showing up for yourself to be who you are meant to be for others is key. We will take you through some tried and tested exercises and share a little bit about what we love to do and what we are leaving behind.  For those of you who are new here, I’m Shoshana Chaim, I am a health expert, redox educator, author, speaker and 8 year running host of this podcast. Right now I’m a leader in the redox education field, teaching other health practitioners and individuals how to address healing in the body, beyond nutrition, deep within the cell and mitochondria. We teach the body to communicate and heal on its own. I also teach those clients and health practitioners to build a business through the joy of healthing others, and I’m looking for 5 new partners before the end of January. Email us for more info.  I'm Adam Chaim and I continue to coach individuals to better health through a plant-based lifestyle and fitness. I am also a high school volleyball coach and teacher helping teenagers develop their skills to navigate life. In this episode we discuss:  Why you need to do what you love What do we each live and value? Actions: What were the 3 best things about 2022? The 3 most challenging moments? What are you most grateful for in 2022? 3 areas of your life do you wish were improved?  What do you truly value most?  Think about your goals, set 1-3 goals no more What can you let go of that is no longer serving you or these goals?
