She brings 18 years of experience as an accountant and trusted advisor to the top 5 global financial institutions specializing in Risk and Regulatory affairs as a management consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers along with a Master’s of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University to her coaching practice. She is also a former Executive at Verizon Media, a Fortune 500 company, leading the Global Business Transformation and Corporate Strategy Competitive Intelligence team. It was Christmas’s uncanny ability to overcome adversity with grace during her battle with cancer while she was going through a divorce that has ignited her passion for serving and sharing her life experiences to inspire change and hope in others. She now teaches the strategies and tools she employed during this difficult time to help others have confidence in their life and career. Christmas recently published her first title The Resilient Mind: A Field Guide to a Healthier Way of Life in both English and Spanish. In this book, she gives a practical approach to building a resilient lifestyle - one where the reader will be happier and stronger. She is also a speaker on resilience, career growth, and confidence. In her free time, Christmas mentors mid-level professionals with Everwise helping her mentees strategize on how to take their career to the next level.  She also mentors English learning high school students to get them college-ready. Christmas is a Los Angeles native, living in Brooklyn.  She loves CrossFit, boxing, and hanging with her amazing community of friends.
