100% Gamma Waves Meditation With Relaxing Music Overlay (40-Hertz): STRONG FREQUENCY For Stress and Anxiety

A Gamma waves meditation is associated with Higher Awareness states, such as those seen during Intensive Task Processing, and high focus levels, such as Tibetan monks meditating on the intent of Compassion.

Gamma brain waves have the highest frequency among all brain waves. They are associated with high levels of thought and focus. They can have different effects depending on their levels in your brain:‌

  • If your brain produces high levels of gamma waves, you tend to be happier and more receptive. You may also have a higher intelligence quotient or IQ and better concentration.
  • If your brain produces low levels of gamma waves, you may develop learning and memory problems. You may experience lower concentration, attention span, and mental ability. Lower levels of gamma waves can even lead to learning disabilities and mental disorders.

A gamma wave is a pattern of brain oscillation in humans that occurs at a frequency of 25 to 140 Hz, with the 40-Hz point being of special importance, and the frequency we've focused on and calibrated here.

What are the advantages of gamma waves meditation?

Gamma waves indicate that your focus has reached its maximum level. In other words, gamma waves are produced when your brain is extremely focused and actively involved in addressing an issue. They aid in the processing of data.

Zen Buddhist monks demonstrate a remarkable synchronization of brain waves known as gamma synchrony during meditation, according to researchers at the University of Wisconsin a pattern increasingly connected with robust brain function and the synthesis of activity that we call the mind.

Such outcomes reflect the synchronization of otherwise dispersed groupings of neurons, not just spiritual concord. As a person concentrates or prepares to move, gamma synchrony increases. Discordant mental activity, such as schizophrenia, is indicated by a lack of synchronization.

Gamma synchronization is thought to help connect the brain's various sensory and cognitive activities into the wonder of consciousness, according to a growing corpus of theories.

Meditation with 40Hz gamma waves provides not only relaxation but also a focused but calm attention span. While listening to music, trained musicians have better gamma synchrony, which is another sort of calm yet focused focus.

Last but not least

At different times, your brain creates five different types of brain waves. Each type of brain wave has a different rate of movement. Some people are quick, while others are slow.

Gamma brain waves are the quickest brain waves that your brain produces. They tend to measure above 35 Hz and can fluctuate as fast as 100 Hz, although being difficult to quantify precisely.

When you're intensely focused or actively involved in addressing a problem, your brain produces gamma waves. Gamma waves to aid in the processing of information.

If you can't concentrate as well as you used to, you may be suffering from a brain wave imbalance. Consult your doctor to see whether any tests or evaluations are required.

Listen to this audio file as much as you want in a comfortable position, whether sitting or lying down. When listening to meditation music, headphones are usually recommended to avoid distractions.

Please note: ALWAYS consult your GP first before trying to cure any medical problems (including depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, phobias, or any other cognitive – or physically related illnesses) with an alternative.
