024: Badassess Share Their Ideas with Dolores Hirschmann

Dolores Hirschmann has made a successful career out of helping others identify their ideas worth sharing and amplifying them for the world to hear. She joins the show to talk about her company, Masters in Clarity, born from Dolores asking herself what she would want to do for free all day long. Dolores also talks about her work as a TEDx organizer, strategist, and coach, and ways we can embrace our voice and find clarity around our ideas.    What You Will Hear in This Episode:    Badasses see opportunities instead of obstacles. Yes, there may be a moment of crying, but they roll up their sleeves to keep going and do the hard work.  Dolores is originally from Argentina, and her health and relationship got her out to the US. She was already doing relationship marketing, and realized she wanted to take her coaching services even further, to see her clients through to the final stage of sharing their message. As a TEDx organizer, Dolores helps brilliant people shape their big ideas into clear, effective, and memorable communication. An idea worth sharing holds the seed for impact in the world.  You don’t need to know all the answers to make the initial steps of progress. It is selfish to deprive the world of your brilliance. Gather with fellow badasses and watch who you surround yourself with. Don’t be afraid to be your true self with the people you trust.    Quotes:  “There’s something to be said about being the kind of person that doesn’t shrink in front of a challenge.”  “We as women are willing to show up when everyone else shrinks.”  “The more you step into your true beliefs and power, the less room there is for you to play small.”    Mentioned:  Masters in Clarity Masters in Clarity Facebook  TEDx
