I think Steve is somebody who can see a future and really make it happen. I really loved how he spoke about the distrust in his industry and how it's one of the most mistrusted industries that people face. It deals with money and how he's doing everything he can to use technology as a tool for good, to protect people, to keep transactional data. So nothing is lost. We also touched on perfectionism. He was so real and I think to lead a company in today's day and age it takes somebody who can really see when to turn at the right time. He really has that foresight to understand what needs to happen. I think there are a number of examples throughout this conversation where it looks like Steve has really made some hard decisions over the years and followed what's aligned to him and followed his gut and done what he needs to do to survive and succeed.
