Erica is a breath of fresh perspective. The most shocking thing that Erica brought up was how her parents giving her a career book transformed her to realize how she is a generalist. It is never too late to reevaluate your career choices, and like Erica you can try different things and not have to settle for only one thing you want to do. Exposing yourself to relationships and pathways you can take is something that Erica did and aspiring young professionals should strive to do the same.
