Bryan describes John Eades as someone who embodies what it means to be a leader. He admired both John’s ability to envision a dream as well as Christina Wilder’s courage to take a leap of faith with him. Bryan compares their experience to the one he shares with Carson Morell, our Head of Operations here at BW Missions, who he convinced to leave his stable job to join Bryan’s vision. Bryan looks up to John for being such an inspiration to be a great leader and have the ability to share a vision as well as have people follow you while being empathetic and supportive in their decisions.
