Bryan dives into two quotes from Jessica’s Book “Wired this Way” that deal with health: emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. The first quote that really stood out to Bryan is “A product will only have as much integrity as the operating system that brought it into existence, similarly a creation will always reflect off of its creator.” Bryan unpacks this quote to describe how we should treat our bodies as a temple as they the most important thing to take care of our lives. The next quote that Bryan highlights is how Jessica describes her body as her most challenging teacher and that what she has learned to listen to her body when it tells her that something is wrong. Bryan summarizes that as entrepreneurs and creators, health is something that is often overlooked, but in reality, it should be the number one priority.
