People having a Fixed Mindset believe their talents and abilities are essentially set in stone – ‘You either have it or you don’t.’ On the other hand, people with a Growth Mindset believe that they CAN become better – that they’re a work in progress and can become more talented, intelligent, and skilled through time and effort.
