She started her career as an elementary school teacher, then transitioned into an interventionist role where she found her love and passion for supporting educators like her. Since then, she has grown her expertise as an instructional leader dedicated to helping teachers thrive within the classroom. She is committed to impacting student growth by building capacity within schools through coaching, mentoring, and professional development. She enjoys working with stakeholders to build instructional effectiveness within classrooms while cultivating a positive school culture. Recently, Ashley published Foundations of Instructional Coaching: Impact People, Improve Instruction, Increase Success. In her book, she shares the foundations of instructional coaching that will help instructional leaders build relationships and instructional capacity within their own campus or district.
