Risk vs. Reward: HIIT training in older adults with comorbidities

It can be easy to write off doing high intensity exercises with our older adults…especially the ones with comorbidities, but if we compare the risks vs the rewards, you’ll see that there’s definitely some pros to doing HIIT training.
