This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using the energy of the Aquarius full moon in Leo. The moon will be full on July 27th, 2018 at 4:20 pm ET. When the moon is full, the sun, the moon and the earth are aligned in the sky. This is a great time to tap into that energy. The Aquarius energy of the moon is represented by the path between the Third Eye and the Heart chakras with Uranus in the Crown chakra. The Leo energy of the sun is represented by the path between the Pelvis and the Knee chakras with the Sun in the Solar Plexus. The sun in Leo will bring a strong sense of self and the full moon in Aquarius will give you a magnanimous energy with which to explore this total lunar eclipse, the longest so far, this century.
