This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using the energy of the Capricorn full moon in Cancer. The moon will be full on June 28th, 2018 at 12:53 am ET. When the moon is full, the sun, the moon and the earth are aligned in the sky. This is a great time to tap into that energy. The Capricorn energy of the moon is represented by the path between the Solar Plexus and the Lower Abdomen chakras with Saturn in the Feet. The Cancer energy of the sun is represented by the path between the Pelvis and the feet chakras with the Moon in the Third Eye. The sun in Cancer will bring lots of heart and wisdom of the self to your life and the full moon in Capricorn will give you an intuitive wisdom energy with which to explore.
