Pleasure and Pain Meditation 01:08

This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using your own energy in order to become more aware of the pleasure when your body is aligned and the pain when your body is out of alignment. We don’t pretend to know how to prevent injuries or disease but studies have confirmed that stress is a contributing factor to both injuries and disease. Your body has a natural immune system that works best when you are not under stress. This meditation will help you reduce stress by promoting relaxation and releasing tension. We believe this meditation will do all of that and more. A couple of notes, this meditation was recorded on a particularly noisy day in Los Angeles. Our apologies for all of the background noise from helicopters, planes and dogs, such is LA life!
